Where and when can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served at “ＳＨＩＲＡＳＡＧＩ ＬＯＵＮＧＥ”on the 1st floor of the hotel.
The breakfast hall opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 10:00 a.m. (please come by 9:30 a.m.). You can check seat availability on the information screen of the TV in your room. You may have to wait if all seats are occupied.
Do you have a public bath?
No, we do not have one.
Do hotel guests have a curfew?
There is no curfew at our hotel. However, the entrance on the first floor will be locked at night between 24:00 and 6:00 for security.
Please open the entrance door with your room key card.
Is the internet available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
The password is different for each room. Please find the password for your room on the information screen on the TV in your room. Please note that a wired LAN connection is not supplied.
What time does housekeeping come to clean the room?
Housekeeping will clean your room sometime between 10:00 and 14:00.
Please note that the cleaning of your room is not possible after 14:00.
Please let us know if you do not want your room to be cleaned. Place the card on the door or inform Reception. You can request no cleaning for two days.
From the perspective of hygiene, we would like to clean your room on day three even if you placed a card on the door. Thank you for your understanding.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after checkout?
Yes, but Reception can only keep luggage on the check-in or checkout days.
Please note that we cannot keep valuables, goods requiring temperature control, fragile items, musical instruments, and luggage not owned by our guest.
Does the Hotel have a currency exchange service?
The hotel does not offer foreign currency exchange.
