 A   We accept your laundry.

 A There are the smoking areas on the 2nd and 3rd and 21st floor, and the main entrance on the 1st floor.  Q   Do you offer any transportation service from and to the Airport or Train Station? 
 A   We do not offer the transportation service. There is a limousine bus from and to Takamatsu Airport that you can get on and off 
      at the main entrance of the hotel. (One way: ￥1,000-,  About 40 minutes)
      Also, it takes 1 minute on foot from the JR Takamatsu station.
 Q   Please tell me the nearest interchange of Highway?
 A   From Tokushima area : Takamatsu-chuo IC
      From Sakaide area : Takamatsu-nishi IC
      It takes about 20 minutes from each interchange.
 Q   Can I make a reservation for the parking lot?
 A   We do not take a reservation in advance. It is on a first-come and first-served basis.
 Q   Is there a parking lot for a wheelchair user?
 A   We have a space for two cars in the underground parking lot of the hotel.

 A   Currency exchange machine for exchanging foreign currencies (14 currencies) to Japanese yen in the 1st floor lobby.

 A   We accept them at the front desk.

 Q   Do you have a curfew?
 A   We do not have a curfew, we are open 24 hours.  You can go in and out 24 hours from the main entrance on the 1st floor.
      Other entrances are closed at midnight.
 Q   Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
 A   The convenience store(SEVEN ELEVEN) is on the 1st floor in SUNPORT TAKAMATSU across from our main entrance and on the 1st floor in HOTEL CLEMENT INN TAKAMATSU next door.
 Q   Can you make a reservation for a taxi?
 A   We accept it. Please contact the front desk.
 Q   Is there an ATM inside or near the hotel?
 A   We have no ATM in the hotel. There are ATM in JR Takamatsu station or convenience stores.
 Q   Can you tell me a recommended udon restaurant?
 A   Please ask the front desk. We have a map that describes nearby udon restaurant.
