Do I need to pay a cancellation fee?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancel on the day before and the fee is 20%, cancel on the day of the reservation and the fee is 80%, cancel without notice and the fee is 100%.
*However, the above fees do not apply to all cases depending on the plan, reservation method, and group reservation.
Please contact us for detailed information.

Do I have to pay for my child?
You can share the bed with a child aged 5 years or younger free of charge.
You can share a bed with only one child aged 5 years or younger.
Examples: Single room → One adult (share the bed with one child)
Twin room → Two adults (share beds with two children)
*No amenities or towels are available for a child sharing a bed.
*Children 6 years or older require a reservation as a paying guest.

Can I specify the floor or location of the room?
We will try to satisfy your request if at all possible. However, we cannot accept such requests in principle. It depends on the availability of rooms and the type of room reserved. Please contact the front desk for details.

Do I need to present my passport?
We are obliged to ask foreign nationals who do not reside in Japan to present their passports and allow us to make a photocopy. We appreciate your cooperation.

Where and when can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served at “SHIMANAMI LOUNGE”on the 1st floor of the hotel.
The breakfast hall opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 10:00 a.m. (please come by 9:30 a.m.). You can check seat availability on the information screen of the TV in your room. You may have to wait if all seats are occupied.

Do you have a public bath?
No, we do not have one.

Do you have a curfew?
We do not have a curfew. However, the entrance door on the first floor is closed and locked between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. for security reasons. Please use your card key to open the entrance door between those hours.

Can I use the Internet in the hotel?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and guest rooms.
Each room has its own password. You can check it on the information screen on the TV. LAN cables cannot be used.

Let me know about the housekeeping service during my stay.?
Our housekeeping staff will visit your room between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Guests can contact and use housekeeping services until 2:00 p.m. The housekeeping services are not available after 2:00 p.m. If you do not need housekeeping services, please hang a “no housekeeping” card or contact the hotel front desk. Your request for no housekeeping services can be accepted for up to two days. On the third day, we will clean the room for the sake of hygiene even if you hang a “no housekeeping” card on your door.

I want my luggage stored at the hotel front desk before check-in and/or after checkout.
We will store your luggage only if you pick it up on the day of check-in or checkout. We do not store any luggage that does not belong to hotel guests nor do we store luggage that contains valuables, items requiring temperature management, fragile articles, or musical instruments.

Can you exchange foreign currency?
We do not exchange foreign currency.
