Is there a charge to cancel a reservation?
Under the hotel's Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Contracts, guests are charged 20% of the room charge for canceling the day before their stay, 80% for canceling on the day of their stay, or 100% for failure to appear without notice. However, this might differ depending on the plan, reservation method, or organization. Please contact the hotel for details.
What is the room charge for children?
In general, up to two children who are sixth graders (elementary school) or younger can share a bed with paying guests for free. However, this is limited to one such child if there is only one paying adult guest.

Do I need to show a passport at check-in?
Foreigners who do not have an address in Japan are required to present and permit photocopying of their passports. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Where is the breakfast venue and what time do you serve breakfast?
We offer a buffet-style breakfast at TAMAMO LOUNGE on the first floor. The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. (last order: 9:30 a.m.). Please note that guests wearing slippers or pajamas will not be served.
Are there any large public baths?
Unfortunately, we do not have any large public baths on the premises.
Please tell me when to check in or check out.
Guests may check in starting at 3:00 p.m. and must check out by 11:00 a.m. However, please note that these times might differ depending on the plan.
What should I do if I need to check in late? Does your hotel have a curfew?
We do not have a specific curfew, but, if you expect to arrive at the hotel later than planned, please contact the hotel in advance.
Is the internet available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel. The password is different for each room. Please find the password for your room on the information screen on the TV in your room. Please note that a wired LAN connection is not supplied.
What time does housekeeping come to clean the room?
If you desire housekeeping, please attach the "清掃希望 (Please clean up)" magnet by 10:00 a.m. Our housekeeping crew will visit each guest room from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If you do not desire housekeeping, please attach the "清掃不要 (Cleaning not required)" magnet instead. New towels will be left on the doorknob.
May I have an assistance dog accompany me?
Guests may be accompanied by a guide dog, hearing dog, or service dog. If you require any other special assistance, please let us know.
Do you offer laundry service?
Yes. If you request laundry service by 11:00 a.m., it will be done by 5:00 p.m. on the same day. Please note that this service is not available on Sundays, national holidays, during Golden Week, during the Obon period, or during the year-end and New Year's holidays. To use this service, please fill out the slip in your room, place your laundry in the provided laundry bag, and bring it to the front desk.
I would like to send my luggage to the hotel in advance.
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until the day you check in. Please send it to JR Clement Inn Takamatsu Hyogomachi, 9-9 Hyogomachi, Takamatsu-shi, Kagawa 760-0024. Also be sure to fill in the names of any persons who will be staying as well as your check-in date. Note that we cannot accept cash, valuables, payment-on-delivery items, cash-on-delivery items, or refrigerated items.
I would like to send my luggage from the hotel to a different destination.
You can do this by using Yamato Transport or Yu-Pak. Please bring your luggage to the front desk. Cardboard boxes are available for purchase there. Note that we do not handle special shipping methods, including items that require temperature control or limited-time offers.
