Is there a charge to cancel a reservation?
Our hotel offers the following cancellation fees in accordance with the cancellation clause.
The day before the check-in date: 20%  check-in date: 80%  No notice is received of cancellation: 100%

What is the room charge for children?
Children up to preschool age are free of charge if you share the bed with the child. Please tell us at the time of booking. One adult can share a bed with one child.
If a preschool child uses the bed alone, the accommodation fee per night is applied.
*There are no amenities specifically for children.

Can I choose the floor or the location of the room at reservation?
We can arrange for a room on a floor at your request apart from a particular room number.
Please ask at Reception about room reservations. It depends upon room availability and the type of room you requested.

Do I need to show a passport at check-in?
Foreigners who do not have an address in Japan are required to present and permit photocopying of their passports. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Where is the breakfast venue and what time do you serve breakfast?
The hotel offers breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor.

Japanese breakfast with a choice of fish or meat for the main dish.
*Free refills of rice, miso soup, salads, and drinks.
Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Last Entry 9:30 a.m.).
You can check how busy the venue is on the information screen on the TV in your room. We appreciate your understanding that you may have to wait for some time at the restaurant during busy periods.
[Cafe & Bar Pronto]
Pronto offers a Western-style light breakfast like toast and coffee.
Breakfast menu is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Last Entry 9:30 a.m.). After that, you can have the lunch menu or other cafe menu items.

[Large Baths]
Where are the large baths?
They are located on the ninth floor and available from 16:00 to 24:00 and 05:30 to 09:30.
The women’s bath requires a PIN number for entry.
Bath towels and other towels are not provided at the bath. Be sure to bring the towels from your room. Please ask at Reception for fresh replacement towels.

Please refrain from wearing swimsuits in the bathing area.
You can check how busy the bath is on the information screen on the TV in your room. We appreciate your understanding that you may have to wait for some time at the bath.

Do hotel guests have a curfew?
There is no curfew at our hotel. However, the entrance on the first floor will be locked at night between 24:00 and 6:00 for security.
Please open the entrance door with your room key card.

Is the internet available?
Free Wi-Fi  is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
The password is different for each room. Please find the password for your room on the information screen on the TV in your room. Please note that a wired LAN connection is not supplied.

What time does housekeeping come to clean the room?
Housekeeping will clean your room sometime between 10:00 and 14:00.
Please note that the cleaning of your room is not possible after 14:00.

Please let us know if you do not want your room to be cleaned. Place the card on the door or inform Reception. You can request no cleaning for two days.
From the perspective of hygiene, we would like to clean your room on day three even if you placed a card on the door. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I leave luggage before check-in or after checkout?
Yes, but Reception can only keep luggage on the check-in or checkout days.
Please note that we cannot keep valuables, goods requiring temperature control, fragile items, musical instruments, and luggage not owned by our guest.

Does the Hotel have a currency exchange service?
The hotel does not offer foreign currency exchange.
Neighborhood banks and post office are available.
